Those wanting to study towards an Apprenticeship or Qualification will receive full funding, mentoring and support. Importantly this will include continuously monitoring your Work-Life-Study balance.

Starting No More Spreadsheets has allowed me to find a working balance that works for me and Independent Schools, providing Face to Face onsite day visits alongside uninterrupted remote working which allows me to get things done much more efficiently.
Our dog, Femi provides me with constructive breaks from working, allowing me to get out and about to switch off and return refreshed.
In 2024, working evenings instead of afternoons on Wednesdays was particularly beneficial to me as it has allowed me to Referee Academy Football games which provide the perfect environment for me to develop as a Referee.
From a family perspective, it means a lot to me to be home when my stepson gets back from school. If anything, just to encourage him to touch grass rather than go on his PlayStation!

I met Andrew whilst working at Bradfield College where I spent 10 enjoyable years before retiring in 2023.
Andrew tempted me out of retirement in 2024 as I still felt I could add value to Independent schools. Having the opportunity to pass on my experience by mentoring and supporting others is something that really appealed to me.
I’m especially grateful for Andrew’s approach, he understands the importance of a work life balance and how it is different for each member of staff. For me, I enjoy long trips away in my motorhome and his flexible approach allows me to work anywhere, even when I am away. I feel trusted and valued as an employee and as an individual with a life outside of work.
